Dragonball R is an Fan-fiction 13 years after Buu saga and Dragonball GT is never gonna exist after Dragonball R. Right after that DBZ ended an alien arrived the earth and did everyone in the Z fighters old. After Goku destroyed the alien, Bulma wished that everyone in the Z fighters include Bulma and Chiaotzu become young again. She didn't said how young so they become as young their was when the start of Buu saga.
